Trade policy

To make purchases on the KLOTERS.COM website, the Customer must:

Be in possession of the requirements to access legally and enter into binding contracts
Have a valid email address
Have a valid credit card for payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or a bank account for payment by wire transfer
The KLOTERS.COM site was created and published with the aim of providing a specific service to our customers and the items displayed on the site are intended for end users only. It should be noted that an End User is a natural person who acts for purposes other than his business or professional activity.

We therefore kindly ask Users who do not belong to this category to refrain from establishing commercial relations with KLOTERS.COM or from attempting to make purchases on the site directly or through others.

In light of the specifications, KLOTERS.COM reserves the right not to process orders that do not comply with the conditions included in this commercial policy note.

Contract stipulation

These General Conditions of Sale apply to the relationship between KLOTERS.COM and the Customer limited to the purchase of products through the site. For anything not expressly regulated by these Terms and Conditions, please refer to the provisions of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185 and the current provisions of the Civil Code.

With the electronic sending of the order confirmation by the Customer and its receipt by KLOTERS.COM, the contract is understood to be concluded. Sending the order confirmation also implies:

for the Customer: unconditional acceptance and obligation to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this section "General terms and conditions of sale"
for KLOTERS.COM: The commitment to supply the products under the terms and conditions set out in this section, except in cases where the Customers do not provide adequate guarantees of solvency or do not fall into the category of End Users
